Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a valid and binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and v12ong ("Platform", "we", or "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the v12ong platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. v12ong reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

Eligibility and Account Registration

v12ong account registration is open exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time.

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Legally qualified to enter into a binding agreement
• Not located in a region or jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling activities
• Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts under the same name are prohibited
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration

v12ong reserves the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including copies of MyKad, a selfie photo, or other supporting documents. Members are required to cooperate with this verification process within the specified timeframe.

Deposits and Withdrawals

v12ong provides a range of payment methods suited for Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except payments made via cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit for each method is RM10. Deposited funds will be credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Processing time depends on the method chosen.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Account verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted
• v12ong reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding a certain amount

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

v12ong offers a range of bonuses and promotions for members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and rules set out, and these terms must be read carefully before any bonus is activated.

The welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The applicable wagering requirement is 25 times the value of the bonus received.

The general rules for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash
• v12ong reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in account closure
• All other promotions such as cashback and VIP programmes have their own terms set out separately

Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the v12ong platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, and jackpot games — operate using a verified random number generator ("RNG") to ensure fair play for all members.

The following general rules apply to all gaming activities:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed once a bet has been settled

• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to our support team
• Do not allow others to use your account

Account Suspension and Closure

v12ong reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. This action may also be taken if there is suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Voluntary closure requests can be submitted to our support team, and any legitimate balance will be processed within the stipulated timeframe after verification is complete.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The v12ong platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no express or implied warranties that the platform will always be available without interruption or free from technical errors.

• Disputed game outcomes after a transaction has been confirmed and settled

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
